I decided to use a pet sitting service for my two cats after using a cattery for a number of years. I could not have wished for a higher standard of care for my pets! As my cats are indoor pets, they are both very shy and weary of new people but they quickly took to Charlotte and her warm and caring manner. I have known Charlotte in a professional capacity for about four years. I now teach her youngest daughter.

I had been looking for dog-walker for a while. When I heard that Charlotte had set up her Small Animal Care Service I had no hesitation whatsoever in asking her to walk my dog on a regular basis.

Charlotte understands dogs, and their needs – she has two of her own. She takes my dog, Spider, out for a good, long run three times a week. Spider is always really pleased to see her.

I absolutely trust Charlotte with my dog. Charlotte is honest, open, trustworthy and totally reliable. She is also flexible – which is an important factor for me. I feel a lot less guilty about going to work all day, knowing that Charlotte will be in to talk to Spider, make a bit of a fuss of her and take her for some seriously good exercise.
I will also be booking Charlotte to look after Spider when we go away for our family holidays.

I would highly recommend Charlotte as an Animal Carer in any capacity.
